Not enough about me, so let’s talk about me.
I am an artist living in the Bay Ridge neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY. I grew up in the Bay Area of California, and moved to New York City to study Illustration at the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan. Drawn to the immediate and stark nature of ink, I tend to work in black and white, which is the starting point for my larger projects involving zines and printmaking. I find the human figure and specifically portrature to be the most compelling subject matter, and make most of my work around the philosophy that there are as many ways to live as there are people walking our great green Earth. Each person’s character informs and is informed by every other person’s character--weaving an intricate web of life with each thread as integral and unique as the whole.
